Overview: If you don't want employees to punch time from their mobile devices, you can disable mobile punches from the Account Settings page. This applies to both our mobile app and mobile web access.

1. To enable/disable mobile punches, start by clicking Account Settings in the top navigation:

2. You'll then want to either check or uncheck the Disable Punch In/Out on Mobile Devices option and Save once done:

A: No, the option to enable/disable mobile punches is global so will apply to all employees.
