Question: Can I use the system even though my last time is still pending?

Answer: Your Manager or Administrator can approve/deny your time requests directly. However, they do not need to approve requests for you to continue using the system. You can continue to punch in/out as usual.

Q: Will I be notified if my time is approved or denied?

A: If you have email notifications for punch changes enabled, you will receive a notification when your time is approved or denied.

Pending requests will not add time to your time card until they are approved.  They do not stop you from continuing to punch in/out.
