Adding Time Off - Time Card

1. To add time off from the time card, start by clicking Time Cards in the bottom navigation. (Left image)

2. Once on the Time Card page, click the + button located in the top right-hand corner followed by Add Time Off. (Right image)

3. Once on the Add Time Off page, you'll need to:

  • Enter Date
  • Select Earning Code
  • Enter Hours
  • Add Note (Optional)

To add more than one date, click the +Add button. Click Switch to date ranges to add multiple days in a row. Click Save once done. (Left image)

4. You'll then be taken back to your Time Card where your time off will be applied automatically or will be Pending Approval if your Administrator requires approvals. (Right image)

Adding Time Off - Time Off List

1. To add time off, start by clicking Time Off in the bottom menu. (Left image)

2. Once on the Time Off List page, click the + button located in the top right-hand corner. (Right image)

3. Once on the Add Time Off page, you'll need to:

  • Enter Date
  • Select Earning Code
  • Enter Hours
  • Add Note (Optional)

Viewing Time Off

1. To view your time off, click Time Off in the bottom navigation. (Left image)

2. You will then be taken to your Time Off List where all previous and future time off can be viewed. (Right image)

Editing Time Off

1. To edit time off, start by clicking Time Off in the bottom navigation. (Left image)

2. Once on the Time Off List page, click the arrow next to the time off you want to edit. (Middle image)

3. You can then make any adjustments needed to your time off and click Save once done. (Right image)

FAQ:

Q: Why am I not able to edit my time off?

A: In order to edit time off, your Administrator must allow edits. Please reach out to your Administrator if you believe you should have the ability to edit time off.
