When creating an overtime alert, you will be required to enter a name. The name that is used for the alert will be included in the email notification that goes out to the assigned Employees as well as the Administrator and Manager if they are setup to receive the notification.
As an example, if you are creating an overtime alert to remind your employees to punch out after 8 hours of working, you may want to name the overtime alert "Don't forget to punch out!."
When the overtime alert triggers an Employee will then receive an email notification that will have a subject line containing Overtime alert for followed by the name of the overtime alert. Using our example above, they would receive an email with a subject line of "Overtime alert for Don't forget to punch out!"
You can enter any name that you'd like to fit your situation.
