How do I assign time off to certain employees?

Here we'll explain how to assign time off types to specific users.

If you'd like to assign Time Off type to specific users, you can do so by going to Settings --> Time Off:

On the Time Off page you can either create a new Time Off type by selecting +Add a New Time Off Earning Code or select Edit next to an existing code:

On the Time Off Earning Code page, uncheck the box next to Assign Time Off Earning Code to all current and future employees. You will then be able to check the box next to individual employees. Save once done:
