If you need a detailed time off record over a custom period of time you can use the Hours Report By Time Off Report. You will want to go to Reports --> Hours Report By --> Time Off.

Once on the report page you will have additional filtering options which include the ability to select specific time off types, employees as well as the ability to enter a custom date range.

When you run the report you can export it to CSV, Excel, PDF or you can also Print the report.

You also have the option to click on an employee's name or a time off type (which will be highlighted blue), and you'll be taken to the In/Out Activity report for the date range you've chosen as well as the employee and time off type. The In/Out Activity report will provide you more specifics about the time off type or employee you've clicked on.
