If you want your employees to be punched out after a specified amount of time after their shift, you can do this from within the Scheduling settings. You'll want to start off by visiting Settings --> Scheduling.
Once in the Scheduling Settings check the box next to, "Automatically punch an employee out after Minutes: of the end of their shift" and specify how many minutes after a scheduled shift ends that an employee will be punched out.
