Click on MyDORWAY
Review application instructions and click Next
Select Register a New South Carolina Business or Remote Seller

Complete the application form
You should receive your South Carolina Withholding File Number upon completion.

1. Register for a South Carolina Unemployment Account Number
Visit the SC DEW Employer Portal
Click Employers
Under "I need to", select Register for an Account – Employers
Review the registration instructions and click Next
Create a Username and Password to begin registration
2. Authenticate and Log In
Return to the SC DEW Employer Portal
Click Employers
Under "I need to", select Authenticate My Account – Employers
Enter your Employer Account ID and PIN
After authentication, return to the homepage and log in under Log Into My Account > Employers
