Registration Steps

Step 1: Create an Online Account

  1. Click “Create an account” under the login section

  2. Provide your email, create a username and password

  3. Confirm setup via the email sent to you

Step 2: Register for Withholding Tax Account

  1. Click “Register New Business License”

  2. Choose Form BB-1 (Business Application)

  3. Select your business type and fill out all required fields

  4. Under “Account Selection,” choose Employer’s Withholding

  5. Complete and submit your application

State Unemployment Insurance (UI) Tax

Step 1: Register for a UI Account Number

  1. Select “Employer Registration” → “Register for UI Account Number”

  3. Enter your FEIN and email address

  4. Complete the full registration and submit

  1. Click “Create Online Profile”

  2. Follow the instructions and continue to profile setup

Granting TPA Access to Check

Once your UI account is active:

  1. Click “Employer Services”

  4. Click “Approve” under the Actions column
