Overview: Employers in Wyoming must register with the Department of Workforce Services (DWS) for both Unemployment Insurance (UI) tax and Workers’ Compensation (WC) insurance. These registrations are completed together through the state’s online portal. Wyoming does not impose a state income tax, so no withholding registration is required.
