Important! Always use the most up-to-date version of your browser. Older or unsupported browsers, including Internet Explorer, are not compatible with Buddy Punch and may cause display, login, or performance issues.
Browser Settings & Permissions
Depending on which Buddy Punch features you use, certain browser settings or permissions may need to be enabled:
Cookies and JavaScript must be enabled.
Camera/Webcam access must be allowed if the Webcam feature is enabled.
Location access must be allowed if the GPS or Geofencing features are enabled.
Pop-ups should be allowed for app.buddypunch.com to ensure exports, reports, and certain windows open correctly.
