How to Disable or Clear Autofill on Your Browser

Overview: Users can disable or clear autofill in their web browser to prevent old or incorrect login details from being saved. This helps ensure the correct credentials are entered each time you sign in to Buddy Punch.

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome and click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Go to Autofill and Passwords > Google Password Manager.

  4. To disable: toggle Offer to save passwords and Auto Sign-in off.

  5. To clear saved login: go to Passwords, find the saved entry for Buddy Punch, and click Remove.


Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge and click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Go to Profiles > Passwords.

  4. To disable: toggle off Offer to save passwords and Sign-in automatically.

  5. To clear saved login: locate Buddy Punch under Saved Passwords and delete it.


Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox and click the three-line menu in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Go to Privacy & Security > Logins and Passwords.

  4. To disable: uncheck Ask to save logins and passwords.

  5. To clear saved login: click Saved Logins, search for Buddy Punch, and click Remove.


Safari

  1. Open Safari and click Safari > Settings in the top menu.

  2. Select the Passwords tab.

  3. Authenticate with your Mac login.

  4. Find Buddy Punch in the list and click Remove to clear saved login.

  5. To disable: uncheck AutoFill user names and passwords under AutoFill settings.
