If you receive an alert stating the IP Address you are using is not allowed, this means that your Administrator only allows you to access your account from devices with a specified IP Address.

In this case, it would be best to reach out to your Administrator to let them know about the error, so they can add a new IP Address Lock if needed or help you determine which devices are associated with the IP Address Locks already setup.
