If you forgot your username there are a few different ways to retrieve this information:
The first option would be to check the Welcome Email that was sent to you when your employer added you to the account. This email will contain your login information, including username and password, as well as your Administrators information.
The second option would be to request your username from the Buddy Punch login page which can be accessed here: https://app.buddypunch.com/
When you're at the login page select the "Need Help?" link:
You will then want to select the "I don't know my username" option:
Enter your email and click "Submit" when done. You will be sent an email containing your username.
Please note: If you don't have an email or your Administrator has used the same email for multiple employees, you may receive a notification that the username was not found. In this case, please reach out to Buddy Punch support for further assistance.
Lastly, you can contact Buddy Punch support either by email, [email protected], or through the live chat feature. Be ready to provide Buddy Punch support with your name along with the name of your employer.
