Form 941: This is a quarterly federal tax return used by employers to report the federal withholdings from most types of employees. It provides information about the income taxes, social security taxes, and Medicare taxes withheld from employees' paychecks.

Form 943: Employers who specifically pay agricultural workers use this form to report federal income tax withheld and both the employer's and employee's share of social security and Medicare taxes.

Form 944: This is an annual report used by small business owners who owe less than $1,000 in employment taxes for the year. It's designed to simplify the reporting process for these smaller businesses.

Form 945: This form is used to report withheld federal income tax from non-payroll payments. This might include items such as pensions, annuities, IRAs, gambling winnings, and backup withholding.

Form SS-4: Employers use this form to apply for an Employer Identification Number (EIN). It's essential for businesses, as the EIN is required on all tax returns filed with the IRS.

Form CP-575: This is the confirmation letter sent by the IRS when an EIN is granted. Businesses may need to present this form to other entities to verify their EIN.

Form 147-C: Similar to CP-575, Form 147-C is a confirmation of an EIN, but it's typically sent if the original CP-575 is lost and the business needs a replacement confirmation.
