Overview: Adding your credit or debit card details in Buddy Punch is a simple process. Follow these steps to ensure your payment information is added correctly and your subscription continues without interruption.
Add Credit/Debit Card Details
1. From your Buddy Punch dashboard, click Settings in the top navigation followed by Billing:
2. You can also access the Billing page by choosing your name in the top right-hand corner followed by Billing:
3. Once on the Billing page, click the Add a Credit Card option in the top right-hand corner:
4. Next, you'll need to confirm your plan, select any add-ons, and specify if you want to pay monthly or annually—annual billing offers a discount. Click on Save & Enter Card to proceed:
5. A form will appear where you can enter your card payment details. Fill in the required fields such as Name, Address, Card Number, Expiry Date, and CVC. After entering your card details, click on Update Payment to save your information:
6. Once your payment information is saved, you'll be taken back to the Billing page where you can see your newly entered billing details:
Tip: Ensure the receipt email is set to the correct email address. You can change it by clicking the Change link next to the email address shown above.
