Overview: When a schedule is created, it's based on the time zone of the user creating the schedule. If a Manager is scheduling an employee in a different time zone, the easiest way to ensure the employee is scheduled correctly is for the Manager to temporarily adjust their own time zone to match the user's time zone.
Update Time Zone to Match Employee
1. If you need to find the time zone of the employee you are scheduling, click Employees in the top navigation and then View next to the name of the employee:
2. This will take you to their profile, where you'll find their Time Zone:
3. Now that you have that information, click your name in the top right-hand corner, followed by My Profile:
4. Then click Edit:
5. From there, you can update your Time Zone to match the Time Zone of the employee you are scheduling and click Save once done:
4. You can then proceed with creating schedules from the Buddy Punch website or the mobile app.
