Important! Clearing your cache may log you out of websites or temporarily remove saved preferences.

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome and click the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner.

  2. Select More tools > Clear browsing data.

  3. Choose a time range (e.g., Last 7 days or All time).

  4. Check the box for Cached images and files.

  5. Click Clear data.


Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox and click the three-line menu in the upper-right corner.

  2. Select Settings > Privacy & Security.

  3. Scroll to the Cookies and Site Data section.

  4. Click Clear Data.

  5. Check Cached Web Content and click Clear.


Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge and click the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner.

  2. Select Settings > Privacy, Search, and Services.

  3. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.

  4. Check Cached images and files.

  5. Click Clear now.


Safari

  1. Open Safari.

  2. In the top menu bar, click Safari > Preferences.

  3. Go to the Advanced tab and check Show Develop menu in menu bar.

  4. From the menu bar, click Develop > Empty Caches.
