If your administrator has enabled Time Card Approvals, you will have to submit your entire time card at the end of the pay period, when you have finished entering in your time.
When logged into your account from a web browser, you can either select "Submit for Approval" or "Review and Submit" to begin the submission process:
You will then be brought to a confirmation screen where you can enter in notes to your employer before submitting:
After your time card has been submitted you will no longer be able to add to to it until the next pay period. If you submitted the time card in error your manager or administrator can reject your time card. Rejecting will allow you to continue to add time to it. Employees can also submit their time card directly from within the mobile app.
Submit Time Card via Mobile App
Employees can also submit their time card directly from within the mobile app. When logged in, they will see a "Time Card Awaiting Submission" notification. When the employee clicks on the notice, they will be able to enter any notes and submit for final approval.
Employees can also click Time Cards from the menu, select the correct pay period, and then "Submit for Approval" to begin the submission process.
