How To Enable/Disable Mobile Punches

Step-by-step instructions on how to disable mobile punches from the Buddy Punch website as an Administrator.

Overview: If you don't want employees to punch time on their mobile devices (whether using our app or a mobile web browser), you can disable mobile punches on the Account Settings page. The option to enable/disable mobile punches is global, and will apply to all employees.

A: If mobile punches are disabled, the Buddy Punch mobile app on the iPad will be blocked from being used to punch in or out. However, employees can still use the device's web browser (such as Safari or Chrome) to log in and punch in.
