Overview: Touch ID, available on most iPhone and iPad devices, offers a fast and secure way to log in to the Buddy Punch mobile app using your fingerprint, eliminating the need to manually enter your login credentials.

Instructions:

Enable Touch ID

Touch ID is available on most iPhones since the iPhone 5s (2013), and it supports iPads starting with the iPad Air 2 (2014). For a complete list of supported devices, refer to Apple's official documentation.

Apple allows the registration of up to 10 fingerprints per device, with each fingerprint linked to a single account.

To enable Touch ID on your iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open your device’s Settings.

  2. Navigate to Touch ID & Passcode and follow the instructions to add a fingerprint.

  3. Once set up, you can enable it in the Buddy Punch app.

Use Touch ID with Buddy Punch

Once you have enabled Touch ID on your device, follow these steps to use it with the Buddy Punch app:

1. Start by opening the Buddy Punch app.

2. Log in using your username and password. This step is required only the first time to associate your Touch ID with your Buddy Punch account.

3. After successfully logging in, you will now be able to use Sign in with Touch ID for future logins:
