Overview: If you forgot your login username for Buddy Punch there are a few different ways to review and/or retrieve this information.

If you received a Welcome Email for your Buddy Punch account from your employer, that would be the first place to check to confirm your login username.
Below is an example of what the Welcome Email you may have received looks like:
Request Username (Web)
1. Start by accessing the login page through this link: https://app.buddypunch.com/
2. You will then want to click the Need Help? option:
3. From there, choose I don't know my username:
4. You can then enter your email and Submit. If your email is associated with an account, you will receive an email to that with your username:
Important: If you don't have an email or your Administrator has used the same email for multiple employees, you may receive a notification that the username was not found. In this case, please contact your Admin or Buddy Punch support for further assistance.
Request Username (App)
1. Start by opening the Buddy Punch app and then click Need Help? (Left image below)
2. Then click the forgot username? option. (Right image below)
3. You'll be prompted to enter and Submit your email. (Left image below)
4. And will receive a confirmation message that your username has been email when done. (Right image below)
Important: If you don't have an email or your Administrator has used the same email for multiple employees, you may receive a notification that the username was not found. In this case, please contact your Admin or Buddy Punch support for further assistance.
Contact Your Administrator
If you reviewed the Welcome Email (or can't find it) and aren't having any luck with the Username recovery process mentioned above, then the next option would be to contact your account Administrator for help.
They can provide you with your correct login details and/or elaborate on different login instructions.
If you don't know who your account administrator is, then please contact Buddy Punch support for more help.
