I'm having issues syncing time to QuickBooks Online

In order to sync time to QuickBooks Online, you must ensure that the Employee ID section in Buddy Punch and QuickBooks Online are the same. This is what allows our system to know which employee to send time to.

QuickBooks Online has two separate employee ID fields, so you'll want to make sure you're grabbing the correct Employee ID number as shown in the image below.

If for some reason time is still not syncing properly, you'll want to check if you have any spaces before or after the Employee ID in QuickBooks. This box is an alphanumeric field so can cause an issue if there are any hidden spaces.
