How do I add Time Off from the app as an Employee or Manager?
Here we'll explain the different ways to add Time Off from the app.

Overview: You can add time off from both the time card and time off list page in-app. Time off will be immediately applied unless your employer has enabled approvals.

Adding Time Off - Time Card

1. Start by clicking Time Cards in the lower menu or you can also click the three dashed menu located in the top left-hand corner followed by Time Cards:

2. Once on the time card page, click the + button located in the top right-hand corner. (Left image)

3. Then click Add Time Off. (Middle image)

4. You can then select the date of the time off, the time off type, how many hours to apply, and add a note if needed. Click Save once done. (Right image)

Adding Time Off - Time Off List

3. You can then select the date of the time off, the time off type, how many hours to apply, and add a note if needed. Click Save once done. (Right image)

Viewing/Editing Time Off

To view or edit time off visit the Time Off or Time Card page. Once on either page, simply click the time off type you'd like to edit. If you don't have the option to edit, then this feature has not been enabled by your employer.

FAQ:

Q: Why does my time off show as pending approval?

A: If your time off is showing as pending, this means that your employer has approvals enabled. They will need to review the time off and decide whether they want to approve or deny the request.
