How to Add, Edit, or Delete Punches—Manager (App)

Managers with Approval permissions can add or edit punches for their assigned employees from our mobile app.

Overview: Managers with Approval permissions can add or edit punches for their assigned employees as needed from our mobile app.

Instructions:


Add a Punch

1. Start by selecting Time Cards in the bottom navigation. (Left image below)

2. On the Time Cards page, choose the pay period you want to view and then the employee. (Middle image below)

3. Once on their time card, click the plus ( + ) button followed by Add Punch. (Right image below)

4. Enter all required punch details, a note if needed, and Save when done. (Left image below)

5. You'll then be taken back to the employee's time card where you can view the newly added punch. (Right image below)


Edit a Punch

1. Start by selecting Time Cards in the bottom navigation (Left image below)

2. From the Time Cards page, choose the pay period you want to view and then the employee. (Middle image below)

3. Once on the Time Card page, click the punch you want to edit. (Right image below)

4. On the Punch Details page, you can choose to edit either Punch In or Punch Out. (Left image below)

5. Edit the punch time, add a note if needed, and Save when done. (Middle image below)

6. You'll then be taken back to the employee's Punch Detail page where you can see the new change. (Right image below).


Delete a Punch

The ability to delete punches is currently only available on our website. More information on how to delete from our website here.


FAQ

Q: I'm a Manager but do not see an option to add or edit punches. How do I fix this?

A: If you're a Manager, but don't have the option to add or edit punches then this ability hasn't been enabled by your Administrator. Please reach out to them if you believe this is incorrect.
