How to Integrate with Justworks

Step-by-step instructions covering how to setup and use the Justworks integration.

โ€‹Overview: The integration with Justworks is done through an export/import process. When it's time to process payroll, you will export the Justworks-specific file and upload it into their system.

Instructions:


Enable the Justworks Integration

1. To enable the Justworks integration, start by going to Settings --> Integrations:

2. Click the Justworks Settings button:

3. Check the box next to Enable Integration with Justworks and click Save once done:


Export the Justworks File

1. To export the Justworks file, go to Reports --> Payroll Export:

2. Choose your pay period and any filters, and click Run Report. You'll then want to click the Export dropdown followed by Justworks Format:

You can now import your data into Justworks. We recommend contacting your Justworks representative if you have questions about this step.

Q: Do I need to enter the Employee ID for the Justworks integration?

A: No, an Employee ID is not required for the Justworks integration.
