Overview: Depending on the settings enabled by your account Administrators, Managers who have been given the proper permissions can view the estimated labor costs for their assigned workers after publishing schedules.
Important! Labor costs can currently only be seen for published schedules in the Weekly view from the Buddy Punch website.
How to View Scheduling Labor Costs
1. To view scheduling labor costs, start by clicking Schedule in the top navigation:
2. Once on the schedule page, make sure you're in the Week view. At the bottom of the page, you'll find the estimated Labor Cost for any published schedule where an hourly pay rate has been assigned:
3. You can use the View By dropdown to view estimated labor costs by Location, Department, or Position:

Q: Why can't I see labor costs on the schedule at all?
