Overview: Depending on the settings enabled by your account Administrators, Employees can view their estimated scheduling labor costs from the Schedule page.
Important! Labor costs can currently only be seen for published schedules in the Weekly view from the Buddy Punch website.
How to View Labor Costs on the Schedule
1. To view your scheduling labor costs, start by clicking Schedule in the top navigation:
2. Once on the schedule page, make sure you're in the Week view. At the bottom of the page, you'll find the estimated Labor Cost for your published schedules, where an hourly pay rate has been assigned:
3. If you're paid different amounts based on job or location, you can use the View By dropdown to view estimated labor costs by Location, Department, or Position:

Q: Why can't I see labor costs on the schedule at all?
A: If you don't see labor costs on the schedule, they may need to be enabled by your account Administrator. Please contact them for further assistance.
