Overview: When using the Scheduling feature and Hourly Pay Rates have been assigned to employees, Administrators can view estimated labor costs for shifts on the schedule.
Important! Labor costs can currently only be seen for published schedules in the Weekly view from the Buddy Punch website.
How to View Scheduling Labor Costs
1. Once you've enabled the option to display labor costs on the schedule as detailed here, you can view labor costs by clicking Schedule in the top navigation:
2. Once on the Schedule page, make sure you're in the Week view. At the bottom of the page, you'll find the estimated Labor Cost for any published shifts where an hourly pay rate has been assigned:
3. You can use the View By dropdown to view estimated labor costs by Location, Department, or Position:

Q: Why can't I see labor costs on the schedule at all?
A: If you don't see labor costs on the schedule, the option may need to be enabled from the Settings --> Pay Rates page. You can find the steps for this here.
Q: Why aren't labor costs displaying on the Day or Month view?
A: Labor costs can currently only be seen for published shifts in the Weekly view.
