Overview: The Schedule Log enables you to view which Manager or Administrator created, edited, published, or deleted shifts on any given day, making it a valuable tool for auditing or reviewing your scheduling process.
View & Export the Schedule Log
1. To view the schedule log, start by navigating to the Schedule page:
2. Once on the schedule page, click the Options dropdown followed by Log:
3. This will bring you to the Schedule Log page, where you can filter by:
Log Start Date
Log End Date
Shift Start Date
Shift End Date
Manager / Admin Name
Shifts for select Employees
and Action (Created, Published, Edited, or Deleted)
When ready, click Submit:
4. After the data has populated, you can review it in the system or export that information using one of our export options, which include CSV, Excel, PDF, and Print:

Q: Can Managers access the Schedule Log?
A: Yes, Managers can access the Schedule Log. However, they can only see information for employees for whom they have either View or Edit & Publish scheduling permissions.
Q: Can Employees access the Schedule Log?
A: Yes, Employees can also access the Schedule Log. By default, they are only able to view their own Schedule Log information. However, if scheduling permissions are set to allow Employees to view everyone's schedule or view based on location/department/position assigned, they can run the Schedule Log on those users.
