How to Resend the Schedule to Employees—Administrator (Web)

Overview: Administrators can resend published schedules to employees from the Buddy Punch website. This allows you to quickly send reminders or updates without needing to republish shifts.

Instructions:


Resend Schedule

1. If all shifts in your schedule view are published, instead of seeing Publish Shifts, you'll see the option to Send Schedule, allowing you to send notifications of already published schedules to workers in view:

2. You'll receive a pop-up where, at the top, you'll see a breakdown of the:

  • Total Shifts in view

  • The Total Hours in view

Along with the option to specify who any notifications should be sent to, including:

  • All employees

  • Employees in the current view

  • Employees with shifts in the current view

Once you've made your selection, you can then either publish via email, push notification, or both. Your choice can be finalized by clicking Send:
