Overview: Administrators can view estimated employee pay from the Buddy Punch website or mobile app. Estimated pay is based on assigned pay rates, helping you review labor costs before running payroll.
Instructions:
View Estimated Pay (Web)
When viewing an employee's time card and a pay rate is assigned, along with estimated pay enabled on time cards, you'll find an Est Pay column.
You'll be able to see the daily estimated pay totals along with weekly and pay period estimated pay totals:

1. To view an employee's estimated pay in the app, visit their time card and in the totals section near the top, you'll find their Estimated Pay:
2. To view estimated pay for a specific set of punches, click the punch you want to view. (Left image below)
3. And then you'll find the Estimated Pay at the bottom of the page. (Right image below)

Q: Why is the pay rate information not showing on my reports?
A: First, you'll want to make sure you've enabled it to show on Reports by following the steps here. If it's enabled for reports, then typically when the pay rate information isn't showing, this has to do with the effective date of the pay rate. Double-check the effective date for pay rates to ensure they're set up correctly.
