FAQ
Q: Why don't I see the Schedule option in the top navigation?
A: If you don't see the Schedule option in the top navigation, then the feature might not be enabled. Please contact your Administrator if you believe this is incorrect.
Q: I custom-sorted my employees. Why didn't the system remember?
A: The way the schedule is sorted is based on browser cookies, so as long as you're using the same browser to view the schedule, your sorting choice will be remembered. If you use a different browser or if you clear browser cookies, you will need to redo the sorting process.
Q: Why don't I see all employees on the schedule page?
A: If you're not seeing the expected employees, you may not have the proper permission to view them. Please contact your Administrator if you believe this is incorrect.
