Registration Steps
Step 1: Register Through INBiz
Click “Register Now”
If you don’t have an Access Indiana account:
Enter your email and verify with the code sent
Set up a password, recovery email, and 2-step verification (optional)
Select your role in the company
Choose “Tax Registration” and select all applicable state services
Click “Take Me to INBiz” to access your dashboard
Step 2: Register for Tax Accounts
Under Online Services, click Register Department of Revenue
Return to dashboard and select Register Department of Workforce Development:
Click “Guide Me”, review details, and complete DWD registration

Enter your FEIN and select “No” for existing account

Granting Third-Party Access to Check
To authorize Check Technologies as your Third-Party Administrator (TPA) for UI filings:
Log into: https://uplink.in.gov/ESS/ESSLogon.htm
Go to Maintain Account > User Information
Expand the External Account Authorizations (Agent) section
Click “Add Agent”
Leave business name blank
Enter Agent ID:

Click Next, select “Wage Records” under Authorization
Check the acknowledgment box and submit
