Q: Can Managers sync to QuickBooks?
A: Managers cannot sync time to QuickBooks Online. Managers can sync time to QuickBooks Desktop if they have access to the web connector.
Q: Does making changes to an employee in Buddy Punch change the user in QuickBooks?
A: No.
Q: Do employee names need to match in both Buddy Punch and QuickBooks?
A: No.
Q: Are newly added QuickBooks Desktop Customers & Jobs, Service Items, or Classes automatically synced with Buddy Punch?
A: No. The web connector would need to be run to pull in new Customers & Jobs, Service Items, or Classes.
Q: Does deleting a Location or Department from Buddy Punch also delete them in QuickBooks Desktop?
A: No.
