Overview: If you need to resend the Welcome Email or send it out for the first time, you can do this from within each employee's profile by clicking the Resend Welcome Email button.
Important: Resending the Welcome Email will reset an employee's password.
Resending the Welcome Email
1. To resend the Welcome Email for an employee, start by clicking Employees in the top navigation:
2. Once on the Employees page, click View next to the name of the employee:
3. In the employee's profile, click the Resend Welcome Email button located in the top right-hand corner:
4. You'll be notified that resending the Welcome Email will reset the employee's password. Click Resend to complete the process:
5. Once the process is complete, you'll be taken back to the employee's profile and will receive a confirmation message:
Q: Can I resend the Welcome Email to all employees at once?
A: We don't currently have a bulk resend Welcome Email option, however, our support team would be happy to help you get the email sent out. You can contact us through our live chat feature in the lower right-hand corner of this page.
