Overview: You can change your Buddy Punch plan from the billing page. Whether you need more features or want to adjust your current subscription, follow these instructions to select the plan that best fits your requirements.
Important! If you accidentally upgraded to an annual plan and need help switching back to a monthly plan, please contact us.
Change Your Plan
1. To change your plan, start by clicking Settings --> Billing:
2. You can also access the Billing page by choosing your name --> Billing:
3. Once on the Billing page, click the Change Plan button:
4. Change your plan, select any add-ons, choose your Billing Cycle, and then click Save or Next, depending on whether you're on a trial or a paid user.
If any fee occurs as a result of this change, you'll be asked to pay that on the next page:
5. If you're moving from an Annual Plan to a monthly plan, you'll receive a pop-up informing you that the switch to monthly will take place at the end of your paid annual term. Click Schedule switch to finalize:
6. You can cancel the switch from annual to monthly at any time from the billing page by clicking Undo switch:
