Overview: Changing your Buddy Punch plan can be done from the billing page. Whether you need more features or want to adjust your current subscription, follow these instructions to select the plan that best fits your requirements.

Change Your Plan
1. To change your plan, start by clicking Settings --> Billing:
2. You can also access the Billing page by choosing your name --> Billing:
3. Once on the Billing page, click the Change Plan button:
4. Change your plan, select any add-ons, choose your Billing Cycle, and then click Save or Next, depending on if you're on a trial or a paid user.
If any fee occurs as a result of this change, you'll be asked to pay that on the next page:
Important! If you're trying to downgrade an annual plan, the "Save" button will be a "Contact Us" button instead. Users can't downgrade an annual plan until renewal per our terms and conditions.

Q: Why don't I have the option to downgrade on the annual plan?
A: Annual plans cannot be downgraded until renewal; they can only be upgraded. If you accidentally upgraded to the annual plan, please reach out to the support team, and they can assist.
