Refund Policy
Billing and Charges:
Buddy Punch services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen subscription plan.
Non-Refundable Fees:
All fees for Buddy Punch services are non-refundable. This includes fees for partial months of service, upgrade or downgrade refunds, or unused months with an open account.
Annual Plan Restrictions:
Annual plans cannot be downgraded until the end of the annual term. Any changes to your subscription will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellation:
If you decide to cancel your subscription, no refunds or credits will be provided for the remaining period of the billing cycle.
