If an employee is assigned multiple shifts, department codes, locations or positions they have the option to Switch between those selections rather than having to punch out and back in.

The Switch button is available in app and on our website and will be visible once an employee is punched in. Below is an example of the Switch button on our website:

By default, punch rounding is only applied when an employee punches in and out, but not when they Switch between shifts, department codes, locations or positions.

If you'd like for punching rounding to also apply when an employee uses the Switch option, this can be enabled going to Settings --> Punch Rounding.  You'll then want to check the box next to "Apply rounding when using Switch" as shown below:

Once you have that option enabled, when employees punch in or out or Switch shifts, department codes, locations or positions punch rounding will be applied.
