Overview: If you forgot your login password for Buddy Punch there are a few different ways to review and/or retrieve this information.

If you received a Welcome Email for your Buddy Punch account from your employer, then that would be the first place to check to confirm your login password.
Below is an example of what the Welcome Email you may have received looks like:
Request Password (Web)
1. Start by accessing the login page through this link: https://app.buddypunch.com/
2. You will then want to click the Need Help? option:
3. From there, choose I don't know my password:
4. You can then enter your username and Submit. If your username is associated with an account, you will receive an email to the email associated with the username:

Request Password (App)
1. Start by opening the Buddy Punch app and then click Need Help? (Left image below)
2. Then click the forgot password? option. (Right image below)
3. You'll be prompted to enter and Submit your username. (Left image below)
4. And will receive a confirmation message that an email has been sent with instructions on how to reset the password when done. (Right image below)

Contact Your Administrator
If you reviewed the Welcome Email (or can't find it) and aren't having any luck with the Password recovery process mentioned above, then the next option would be to contact your account Administrator for help.
They can provide you with your correct login details and/or elaborate on different login instructions.
