How to View the Time Off Summary—Administrator (Web)

Overview: Administrators can view the Time Off Summary, which provides a detailed history of time off used, accrued, and manual adjustments, from within any employee profile on the Buddy Punch website.


How to View the Time Off Summary

1. To view the detailed Time Off Summary for a specific employee, start by clicking Employees in the top navigation:

2. Then click View next to the name of the employee whose time off summary you'd like to review:

3. Once in their profile, click Time Off from the left hand menu:

4. This will bring you to the Time Off section, where you can click View next to a specific time off type to review its history in more detail:

5. From the Time Off History page, you can make adjustments to balances using the Time Off Accrual Entry. Time off entries not added from the time off calendar can be deleted from this page as well:
