Time Off can be seen and managed on an employee profile.

Q: Where do I manage the time off for each employee?

A: If you want to view or adjust an employee's time off balance(s) you can do this from within their profile by choosing the Time Off option from the left-hand menu.

From there you can View an employee's balances in more detail or add a time off accrual entry. More information about that can be found here:
