Understanding Your Time Off Balance Columns
When viewing your time off, you'll see two balance columns:
Balance: How much time off you have available right now. This includes any approved time off you have scheduled through the end of the current pay period.
Balance with Future Time Off: Everything the Balance column includes, plus any approved time off you have scheduled beyond the current pay period.
Example: If you have 8 hours available and an approved 4-hour request for a date in the next pay period, your Balance shows 8, and your Balance with Future Time Off shows 4. Once that next pay period begins, both columns will show 4.
Note: These columns update when your pay period ends, which occurs at a set time of day rather than at midnight. If you check your balances near the end of the last day of a pay period, you may see the columns update later that day. This is expected behavior.
