Viewing Total Hours Worked In App

1. To view your total hours worked, start by clicking Time Cards found in the bottom navigation. (Left image)

2. Once on the time card page, you'll find your total hours worked per day as well as the total for the pay period. (Right image)

3. If you'd like to view total hours worked for a past pay period, simply click the Pay Period dropdown at the top of the page and select the pay period in question. (Left image)

4. Once you've made your selection, you'll be able to view the total hours worked as well as daily hours worked for that pay period. (Right image)

FAQ:

Q: Why does my time card status say draft/approved/rejected or pending approval?

A: If you see a time card status, this means that your Administrator has enabled time card approvals. You are asked to submit your time card at the end of the pay period which then goes to your Admin for approval. The time card status will show you which phase of the time card approval process you're in.
