Overview: Administrators can view the total number of scheduled work hours for employees from the Buddy Punch website or mobile app, making it easy to track workloads and ensure balanced scheduling.

Week View (Web)
When you land on the Schedule, you will start in the Week view. There are several areas in the week view where you can view scheduled and unscheduled work hours.
1. The first is under the employee name on the far left of the Schedule, where you can see both Scheduled and Unscheduled hours.
2. Next is on the shift itself, where total shift hours are displayed in the top right corner of each shift box:
3. You can also see the total Hours Scheduled for each day at the bottom of the Schedule.
4. And lastly, the Total Hours Scheduled for the current week view in the far bottom right-hand corner:
Day View (Web)
1. When you land on the Schedule, you will start in the Week view, but can change to the Day by clicking Day in the top right-hand corner:
2. Once in the day view, you can find Scheduled and Unscheduled work hours under the employee name on the far left of the Schedule.
3. Along with the Total Hours Scheduled for the current day view in the far bottom right-hand corner:
Month View (Web)
1. When you land on the Schedule, you will start in the Week view, but can change to the Month by clicking Month in the top right-hand corner:
3. Once in the month view, you see the total shift hours scheduled as shown in the top right corner of each shift box.
4. Along with the Total Hours Scheduled for the current month view in the far bottom right-hand corner:
Day View (App)
1. Start by clicking Schedule in the bottom navigation. (Left image below)
2. Once on the Schedule page, you will find the total daily hours scheduled for each employee to the right of their name. (Right image below)
