There are two ways to determine how much Time Off an employee used over a specific time period.

The first option would be to use our PTO Summary Report. You will be able to select an employees name or multiple employees along with a specific date range. There will be a column specifically that tells you how much PTO was used.

You can also click on an employees name while in the PTO Summary Report to view the Time Off Detail Report:

The next option would be to visit the employees profile, select Time Off on the left side of the page. This will take you down to the Time Off section for the employee. You'd then need to select View next to the Time Off type to view the history.
