If you don't remember your password and need to reset it from your mobile device, you will want to open the Buddy Punch app and select the Need Help? option (Left image)

Then choose "forgot password?" (Middle image)

Enter your username and click Submit. (Right image)

You'll then be sent an email to reset your password.
