How to Set Up a Company Calendar

Overview: The company calendar allows you to enter predetermined company days off, including holidays, for all or specified employees.

Instructions:

Enable Time Off

1. To enable time off, start by clicking Settings in the top navigation followed by Time Off:

2. Check the box next to Allow Employee Time Off and Save when done:


Set Up A Company Calendar

Once time off has been enabled, you can then set up a company calendar for your workers.

1. To set up a company calendar, start by clicking Settings followed by Time Off:

2. Click Company Calendar in the left-hand menu and once at that section, click + Add New:

3. You can either enter company calendar dates individually from here or click the Switch to date ranges button to enter consecutive days off:

4. Lastly, you can assign to all or select pre-existing users, with the option to Apply to all future employees:

Important: If you apply to all future employees, the time off earning code you use must also be set up to be applied to all future employees.


5. Save when done.

6. The company calendar details will now be visible on the Time Off Calendar:

7. You can visit the Company Calendar section at any time to Edit a pre-existing company calendar or Delete it:

Q: Can I edit a company calendar date through the time off calendar?

A: All company calendar dates must be managed through the Company Calendar section on the Time Off page.
