How to Enable the Shared Time Off Calendar View

Overview: The shared time off calendar view allows employees to see time off requests for other employees whether through the Buddy Punch website or the mobile app.

Important: This option only applies to employees. Managers need to be given either View or Approval Time Permissions to view time off for others.

Instructions:
Enable Time Off


Enable Time Off

1. To enable time off, start by clicking Settings in the top navigation followed by Time Off:

2. Check the box next to Allow Employee Time Off and Save when done:


Enable the Shared Time Off Calendar View

Once time off has been enabled, you can then enable the shared time off calendar view.

2. On the Time Off Settings page, check the box next to Allow employees to view Time Off Calendar for all employees and Save when done:
