Overview: Your payroll approval deadline will vary depending on which payroll processing timeframe your business is approved for.
Approval Deadlines
If you're starting the payroll onboarding process, you can see your payroll processing timeframe by clicking Payroll in the top navigation, followed by Company Details. You will want to reference the KYB Status.
2-Day
If you have 2-day processing, you must submit your payroll at least 2 days before your pay date to ensure your employees get paid on time. This excludes holidays and weekends.
3-Day
If you have 3-day processing, you must submit your payroll at least 3 days before your pay date to ensure your employees get paid on time. This excludes holidays and weekends.
Payroll has to be submitted by 3:00pm Central time to meet the approval deadline.
